Welcome pain relief with lumbar cervical decompression

Lumbar cervical decompression treats the syndromes caused by weakened discs in the cervical or lumbar spine, without surgery or prescribed drugs. It can, for example, relieve the pain caused by herniated discs, neck and shoulder pain, several types of backaches, sciatic nerve pain, and degenerative joint disease (arthritis).

Technology to minimize complications

The computer-guided device that we use serves to create a traction or stretching (i.e. a decompression) of the body part under treatment. This increases lymphatic fluid circulation inside discs and joints, decreasing the symptoms causing the pain.

Why opt for this treatment (invented by a Canadian doctor) instead of painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs? A number of studies have demonstrated that the long-term consumption of these pain-numbing tablets can cause gastrointestinal dysfunctions.

For people suffering from degenerative disc disease, surgery is linked to a high rate of complications (55% in the United States).

Safe and effective treatment

It is worth emphasizing that cervical and/or lombar decompression (also known as spinal decompression) is a safe treatment, approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). It has been the subject of a large number of studies and the sale of equipment used in decompression is approved by Health Canada.

Even better, many people treated with cervical decompression experience a reduction in pain after the first or a few sessions.

Decompression can also treat a large number of other diseases. In addition to those mentioned above, it can relieve lower back pain, bulging discs, facet syndrome, and degenerative joint disease.

In the case of a herniated disc, spinal decompression without surgery helps ease the pressure on the disc, thus reducing the pressure on the nerve and, incidentally, soothing the pain.

Treatment of spinal arthritis

Spinal arthritis is a degenerative disc disease or a degenerative articulation disease.

The beauty of lumbar cervical decompression is that it is designed to treat this disease at the source: facet articulation compression and the narrowing of intervertebral space.

Non-surgical spinal decompression allows us to alleviate the pressure on the joints, which can facilitate the passage of nutrients.

Facet syndrome is a form of arthritis affecting specifically certain spinal joints. The distraction (decompression) of these joints causes an enlargement of the ‘intervertebral foramen’. By removing the pressure on the spinal nerves, the pain, numbness, and tingling felt in these regions are also reduced.

NeuroCryoStimulation is an innovative therapy for treating pain and inflammation using thermal shock.

Under the combined action of cold at very low temperature (-78C) and the cooling speed created by gas pressure, NeuroCryoStimulation will generate a natural body reflex resulting in a deep, rapid, effective, and durable treatment.

It is used for treating pain in acute or chronic phase.
